When my 13 year old daughter, Liana Joy, left her physical form after a 13 month journey with cancer, Grief and Joy became my constant teachers. In these episodes, we talk about grief and joy as spiritual paths, cultivating our inner lives as spiritual practice, healing ourselves and our relationships, expressions of creativity and their connection with joy, communication with those “beyond the veil,” our multidimensional selves, and how we can thrive on this wild ride on this beautiful Earth. Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work) is a foundational lens through which I experience life and a primary pathway to heal and grow relationally, emotionally, and spiritually. I invite others to learn to befriend the many voices of grief as a way of cultivating a deep inner life that flows into a more fulfilling experience of the world around us, and ultimately to encountering the presence of love, beauty, and joy regardless of our circumstances. We go on some raw, wild, deep and hilarious adventures as we walk with grace, follow Joy, and add to the Beauty and live Enspired! I invite you to come join me on this sacred path of living fully alive!
